Cobram Estate Olives Limited (ASX: CBO) delivered FY2026 packaged goods sales of AU$253.2 million, supported by resilient Australian demand and strong expansion in the United States. Australian packaged goods sales edged up to AU$165.7 million, while US sales surged to AU$87.5 million. However, normalised EBITDA declined to AU$61.4 million as the Australian off-year crop, elevated water costs and competitive pricing weighed on profitability.The acquisition of California Olive Ranch significantly expanded CBO’s US footprint, adding established brands, production capacity and distribution reach. US operations generated record olive oil sales of AU$95.0 million, while management expects integration synergies to support improved efficiency and earnings.Looking ahead, CBO expects FY2027 EBITDA and operating cash flow to rise materially, supported by a larger Australian harvest and a full-year contribution from California Olive Ranch. The company also declared a fully franked AU$0.045 per share dividend.
