COG Financial Services Limited (ASX: COG) reported a stronger FY26 result, underpinned by continued expansion in its Salary Packaging operations. Underlying revenue rose 9% to AU$399.8 million, while EBITDA attributable to shareholders increased 28% to AU$51.5 million. Adjusted earnings per share advanced 27% to 15.63 cents, and shareholders were offered a fully franked final dividend of 3.5 cents per share.Salary Packaging was the standout contributor, with revenue growing 51% to AU$88.7 million and EBITDA attributable to shareholders rising 88% to AU$31.0 million. The division also expanded its customer base, with salary packaging customers reaching 68,510 and novated lease customers rising to 22,281.For FY27, COG is targeting at least 10% growth in EBITDA attributable to shareholders, supported by further market penetration, EV-related demand, digital investment, operational improvements and disciplined acquisition opportunities.
