De.mem Limited (ASX: DVP) reported record financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, with revenue rising 26% year-on-year to $17.6 million and cash receipts increasing 28% to $20.0 million. The company also recorded its 29th consecutive quarter of cash receipts growth, supported by a business model generating more than 90% recurring revenue.

Profitability strengthened significantly, with adjusted EBITDA climbing 185% to $1.582 million, while operating cash flow reached $928,000, exceeding the $318,000 generated during the whole of 2025. Gross margins remained robust at 41%.Growth was supported by strong contributions from the Western Australian operations, which generated about 49% of group revenue, and the German subsidiary, which delivered approximately $2.5 million in H1 revenue. De.mem is also advancing its domestic water filtration products and expects continued momentum in the second half, positioning the company for a potentially record full-year 2026.
