Falcon Metals Limited (ASX: FAL) has received firm commitments to raise AU$30 million before costs through a placement priced at AU$0.60 per share. The funding attracted support from institutional and sophisticated investors across Australia, North America and Europe, strengthening the company’s financial position for an expanded exploration program.

The capital will primarily support approximately 60,000 metres of diamond drilling at the Blue Moon Gold Project, where three rigs are already operating. Falcon also plans to commence its maiden 4,000–5,000 metre RC drilling program at the Errabiddy Gold Project in September 2026, alongside funding working capital requirements. The company expects the successful placement to provide funding for its planned activities over the next 24 months.
