Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) has strengthened its European commercial strategy through an exclusive agreement with NOVIVITAE ApS to commercialise the Felix™ System across five Nordic countries. Announced on 1 September 2026, the three-year arrangement carries a minimum contracted value of €526,500 and begins with an initial €20,625 order.

The partnership covers Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, extending Memphasys’ Felix™ commercial footprint to nine European markets. Following a three-month evaluation period, the agreement will introduce quarterly ordering requirements and progressively higher purchase commitments. NOVIVITAE will support clinic engagement, training, demonstrations and customer service. The Nordic region represents an established assisted reproduction market, with approximately 55,000 ART treatment cycles recorded in 2020. Memphasys expects the disposable cartridge used in each Felix™ procedure to support recurring revenue as adoption grows.
