Source: Kapitales Research
Prime Financial Group (ASX: PFG) has reported a solid FY26 performance, with revenue rising 22% to $60.5 million from $49.5 million in FY25. Underlying EBITDA attributable to members increased 18% to $13.9 million, while reported EBITDA climbed 17% to $12.4 million. Operating cash flow strengthened 47% to $4.3 million.
The Wealth segment was the main growth engine, with revenue advancing 37% to $35.6 million, supported by the Lincoln Indicators acquisition and organic expansion, including 14% growth in SMSF services. Business segment revenue reached $23.7 million, although capital transactional revenue declined as the group continued to de-emphasise that activity.Reported NPAT fell 15% to $3.9 million, while EPS decreased to 1.49 cents, partly reflecting the increase in the company tax rate to 30%. The company declared a fully franked FY26 dividend of 1.72 cents per share and expects efficiency initiatives to support operating leverage in FY27 while supporting scalable, sustainable growth ahead.
