Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI) has outlined an estimated distribution of 1.0668 cents per unit for August 2026. Based on forecast net tangible assets of AU$1.60 per unit, the distribution represents an annualised return of 7.85%, reinforcing the fund’s income-focused investment proposition.The distribution relates to the one-month period ending 31 August 2026. Units are scheduled to trade ex-distribution on 3 September, with the record date set for 4 September and payment expected on 15 September 2026. The distribution is estimated at AU$0.010668 per unit and is fully unfranked.QRI targets consistent monthly distributions and capital stability by investing mainly in Australian property-backed lending secured through first- and second-ranking mortgages. The fund is managed by Qualitas Group, which had approximately AU$11.9 billion in committed funds under management as at June 2026.
