Simonds Group Limited (ASX: SIO) delivered a strong FY26 financial performance, with revenue rising 9.5% to $729.1 million and EBITDA increasing 76.8% to $42.5 million. Net profit after tax surged 950% to $10.5 million, representing the company’s highest NPAT since listing. Growth was supported by higher site starts, improved sales conversion, disciplined cost management and the full-year contribution from Dennis Family Homes.

The company ended FY26 with $39.1 million in available liquidity and expanded its gross margin to 24.0%. Simonds also advanced its geographic growth strategy through a Western Australian joint venture with Atlas. Looking ahead, management plans to expand medium-density, investor and alternative sales channels while improving affordability-focused products, productivity and operational efficiency.
