AdNeo Achieves AU$2.5 million Cost Synergies from Learnt Acquisition, Surpassing Targets.

AdNeo Limited (ASX: AD1) has successfully completed AU$2.5 million in cost synergies from the acquisition of Learnt Group, exceeding its initial AU$2 million target ahead of schedule. The company expects ongoing quarterly expense reductions of AU$0.625 million throughout FY26. The achievement stems from strategic workforce reductions, consolidation of operations from four entities to two, streamlined reporting structures, and a debt reduction to AU$3 million, lowering annual interest expenses by AU$0.36 million. Learnt had raised AU$0.5 million prior to the acquisition to fund restructuring, ensuring no impact on AdNeo’s cash reserves.

Additionally, sales synergies between Learnt and Art of Mentoring are advancing, with 16 cross-sell opportunities in the pipeline and the first integrated platform deal valued at AU$75,000 already secured. These initiatives have strengthened AdNeo’s operational efficiency, created a high-performance culture, and positioned the company for improved profitability and sustainable growth.
