Anax Metals Secures AU$2.4 Million Strategic Placement and AU$3.5 Million Loan to Advance Whim Creek Development.
Anax Metals Limited (ASX: ANX) has completed an AU$2.4 million strategic placement to Gold Valley Pilbara, executed at a 37.5% premium, demonstrating strong confidence in the company’s growth strategy. The partnership grants Gold Valley a Right of First Refusal to build and operate the Whim Creek accommodation camp, while strengthening long-term development alignment across the Pilbara. In parallel, Anax secured an AU$3.5 million interest-free loan from major shareholder Jetosea to fully repay its MDP Convertible Notes, removing all ongoing obligations and simplifying the company’s capital structure.
Funds from the placement will be directed towards updating the Whim Creek Definitive Feasibility Study, expanding the aggregate business, and advancing due diligence with potential offtake and financing partners. With Whim Creek uniquely permitted and supported by high-grade resources, established infrastructure, and strong regional synergies, Anax is positioned to progress towards near-term copper production while expanding exploration and unlocking additional growth opportunities across the Pilbara.
