Consistent High Grade Graphite Intercepts at Kumba Prospect

InVert Graphite Limited (ASX: IVG) has reported encouraging initial results from its maiden drilling campaign at the Kumba prospect, part of the Morogoro Graphite Project in Tanzania. Six reverse circulation (RC) holes from the first drill line returned broad, near-surface graphite zones with impressive grades, including 48m at 8.5% TGC (up to 13.4%) in RCUM25-002, 64m at 7.8% TGC in RCUM25-004, and 24m at 8.3% TGC in RCUM25-005.

The company has completed or is progressing with another six RC and four diamond holes on adjacent sections, with results pending. Two rigs—RC and diamond—remain active on site as drilling advances toward completion before the onset of the wet season. CEO Andrew Lawson noted the strong continuity of mineralisation over a 200m section averaging above 8% TGC, aligning with trenching results that outlined a 2km strike length. These early outcomes validate Kumba’s potential as a significant high-grade graphite discovery.
