Dateline Strengthens Balance Sheet to Advance Colosseum Development

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) has completed an institutional placement raising AU$ 35 million, placing the Company in its strongest financial position since acquiring the Colosseum Project. The placement was well supported by new and existing institutional investors and was completed at an issue price of AU$ 0.31 per share, increasing Dateline’s total cash position to more than AU$ 58 million. The strengthened balance sheet is expected to support multiple parallel workstreams, including progression of a Bankable Feasibility Study, expanded exploration activities and site works, and procurement of long-lead items required for a potential mine restart. In parallel, recent geophysical results have identified coincident anomalies that will be assessed through an upcoming diamond drilling program, while the Company progresses toward U.S. reporting standards to broaden its investor base.
