Endeavour Group Limited (ASX: EDV) has announced several key leadership appointments to drive its refreshed business strategy and next phase of growth. Benjamin Ward has been appointed Managing Director of Dan Murphy’s, transitioning from his leadership role at Super Retail Group. With more than 25 years of experience in retail management, he has built a strong track record in merchandising, operations, and business transformation, driving growth and operational excellence across major retail brands. Catriona Larritt will assume the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer, integrating marketing, digital, e-commerce, and data functions to enhance customer focus. Brendan Sweeney becomes Chief Digital and Data Officer after leading Catch and Cotton On’s e-commerce transformation, while Jill Henderson joins as Chief Legal Officer from BHP, where she developed governance frameworks. These appointments follow the departures of Agi Pfeiffer-Smith, Claire Smith, and Peter Atkin. Interim CEO Kate Beattie emphasized that the leadership refresh reflects confidence in the company’s strategy and the strength of its brands, positioning Endeavour for sustainable growth in 2026 and beyond.
