Excite Secures AU$1.05 Million Funding to Accelerate Growth
Excite Technology Services Limited (ASX: EXT) has secured AU$1,050,000 in funding through the issue of unsecured convertible notes. The capital will be used to drive the company’s growth and broaden its operational scope. The convertible notes will be issued to existing sophisticated investors, with an interest rate of 15% per annum. The notes are convertible into shares at AU$0.01 each, pending shareholder approval. In addition, investors will receive one free option for every two shares converted, with an exercise price of AU$0.012 and a three-year expiry.
The funding follows a significant milestone in December 2025 when Excite achieved over AU$1 million in operational cash flows, marking the strongest quarterly cash performance in the company's history. This capital raise will support the company in scaling recurring revenue streams and continuing towards consistent cash flow positivity.
