Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) has formalised a binding offtake agreement with Canmax Technologies, one of the world’s largest producers of lithium chemicals. Liontown has agreed to deliver 150,000 wet metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate each year during 2027 and 2028 as part of the new arrangement. Pricing will follow an index-linked formula, supporting transparent, market-based valuations. The agreement strengthens Liontown’s diversified customer portfolio and aligns with its strategy of securing long-term, value-accretive partnerships for its Kathleen Valley project. Canmax’s involvement in Liontown’s 2025 institutional placement reflects its strong belief in the long-term prospects of the project.
