Livium Secures AU$4.5 Million to Drive Clean Energy Waste Recycling Growth.

Livium Ltd (ASX: LIT) has successfully raised AU$4.5 million from institutional and sophisticated investors to accelerate its clean energy recycling strategy. The funds will support the expansion of battery collection, establishment of a centralised processing hub, and advancement of new recycling streams, including rare earth elements (REE), solar panels (PV), and black mass processing. Investor demand exceeded 200% of the placement value, underscoring strong market confidence in Livium’s leadership within Australia’s lithium-ion battery recycling sector.

Led by Peak Asset Management, the placement will issue 360 million shares at AU$0.0125 with free-attaching options exercisable at AU$0.02 expiring in April 2028. CEO Simon Linge stated that the capital will accelerate Livium’s transformation into a cash-generative, growth-focused company, strengthening its position as a clean energy recycling pioneer committed to sustainable value creation across the energy waste supply chain.
