Nimy Resources Uncovers Extensive Gold Anomalies at Mons Project, Advances Drill Planning
Nimy Resources Limited (ASX: NIM) has reported encouraging results from its ongoing soil geochemistry program at the Mons Project in Western Australia, identifying several significant gold anomalies across a large exploration corridor. The company has analysed thousands of soil samples and outlined a coherent gold trend extending approximately 16 kilometres, accompanied by multiple pathfinder elements commonly associated with gold mineralisation. The results highlight the prospectivity of the newly named Corporate James Prospect, which has emerged as the highest-priority exploration target within the project area.
The discovery strengthens the potential for both orogenic and intrusion-related gold systems within the Mons Greenstone Belt. Nimy has commenced planning for an initial drilling campaign aimed at testing the source of the anomalies and evaluating the scale of the mineralisation. The company expects exploration activity to accelerate during the second half of 2026, alongside ongoing work across its gallium and base metals projects, supporting its broader strategy of unlocking value from the Mons Project.
