PTR Minerals Secures AU$12 Million to Advance Rosewood Titanium Project Development.
PTR Minerals Limited (ASX: PTR) has successfully raised AU$12 million through a well-supported placement to institutional, sophisticated, and existing investors, strengthening its funding position for the next phase of the Rosewood Titanium Project. The placement, priced at AU$0.25 per share with a modest 5.7% discount, will also support continued exploration across both Rosewood and the broader Muckanippie Heavy Mineral Project. Directors and management committed AU$340,000, reflecting confidence in the Company’s progress.
The funds will accelerate study programs, environmental assessments, and preparation for a mining licence application. Since its 2024 discovery, the Rosewood Project has expanded to 40km², featuring high-grade strandlines and strong metallurgical recoveries of 86–95%. PTR also continues to refine its high-quality heavy mineral concentrate, targeting improved product optimisation. With recent drilling success and advancing technical work, the capital raise positions PTR for meaningful project development momentum.
