PWR Holdings Limited-Appointment of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
PWR Holdings Limited (ASX: PWH) has announced the appointment of Ms Sharyn Williams as its incoming Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Ms Williams, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2025, will transition to the CEO and MD roles once a new CFO is appointed and an orderly handover is completed. Until then, Acting CEO Matthew Bryson will continue in the interim before returning to his position as Chief Technical and Commercial Officer, where he remains integral to PWR’s technical leadership and customer-driven program delivery.
Ms Williams brings more than 17 years of ASX-listed executive experience across automotive, electrical manufacturing and education sectors, with a career spanning Australia, China, Singapore and the United States. Since joining PWR, she has strengthened governance frameworks, contributed to defence, aerospace and emerging technology initiatives, and supported operational changes linked to the new Stapylton facility. Chair Kees Weel emphasised that her appointment provides continuity, cultural alignment and clear strategic focus for the organisation.
