Scentre Group Reports Strong Growth Across Westfield Portfolio.
Scentre Group (ASX: SCG) reported robust operating performance for the 45 weeks to 9 November 2025, with customer visits across its 42 Westfield destinations reaching 453 million, up 3.1% year-on-year. Total annual business partner sales rose to AU$29.5 billion, an increase of AU$760 million from 2024, while specialty sales grew 4.4% in the September quarter. Portfolio occupancy remained exceptionally high at 99.8%, supported by strong tenant demand and over 2,300 leasing deals completed.
The Group also recorded average rent escalations of 4.4% and positive re-leasing spreads of 3.0%. Recent redevelopments, including Westfield Burwood, Southland, and Bondi, further enhanced customer experiences and engagement, with Westfield membership exceeding 4.8 million members. With solid capital management, including recent note issues in Australia and Europe, Scentre reaffirmed its 2025 guidance, targeting FFO of 22.75 cents and distribution growth of 3.0% to 17.72 cents per security.
