Wagners Holding Company Limited Strong FY25 Performance and Confident FY26 Outlook.

Wagners Holding Company Limited (ASX: WGN) delivered a robust FY25 performance, supported by strong construction activity in South-East Queensland and rising demand for its composite products. Revenue reached AU$431 million, operating EBIT rose to AU$41.8 million, and NPAT more than doubled to AU$22.7 million. Construction Materials saw significant gains across cement, concrete and quarries, while the CFT division achieved standout growth with a major uplift in power pole and cross-arm demand. Project Services remained steady despite project timing impacts. The company also strengthened its balance sheet by reducing net debt and securing AU$30 million through a successful placement to support expansion.

Momentum has carried into FY26, with record concrete volumes, higher cement demand and accelerating composite pole sales. With new plants coming online and improved market conditions, Wagners forecasts FY26 EBIT of AU$52 million to AU$56 million, underpinned by strong utilisation, operational efficiencies and expanding markets in Australia and the USA.
