Black Horse Mining Ltd (ASX: BHL) has confirmed a new high-grade gold zone at its Mt Egerton Gold Project in Victoria, following rehabilitation and sampling within the historic Sister Rose Adit. The newly identified Sister Rose No1 Splay returned strong face-sampling results of 0.60 metres at 10.92 g/t gold and 0.70 metres at 10.67 g/t gold. The discovery also supports the presence of both west-dipping fault-hosted and bedding-parallel mineralisation, expanding the project’s exploration potential.Historical drilling further strengthens the target, with a previous intercept of 2 metres at 5.13 g/t gold located around 14 metres below the crosscut, providing early indications of down-dip continuity.BHL is preparing an approximately 4,000-metre, 10-hole diamond drilling program to test extensions of the Sister Rose No1 Splay and other priority targets. Drilling is expected to commence from late September 2026.
