Nagambie Resources Limited has bolstered its financial position after attracting AU$600,000 in firm commitments from investors. The capital raising, conducted at AU$0.01 per share, taps into the Company’s available placement capacity and provides immediate working capital to progress on-ground activities. The funds will underpin exploration efforts across Nagambie’s expanding footprint in Victoria, while also assisting with day-to-day corporate costs and placement expenses.
Option Incentives Enhance Capital Structure
Participants in the placement will receive a bonus option package, designed to offer additional leverage as exploration progresses. Each investor will obtain one unlisted option for every two shares subscribed, with the options exercisable at AU$0.018 within a two-year period. JP Equity Partners, which arranged the placement, will also receive 2.8 million options on the same terms. All securities issued will rank equally with the Company’s existing shares.
Advancing a Significant Victorian Tenement Position
Settlement of the placement is expected on 5 December 2025, enabling Nagambie to channel funds directly into field programs. The Company controls an extensive 1,000-square-kilometre land package in central Victoria — an area known for its gold and antimony systems and proximity to major regional operations.
Particular attention continues to centre on the Company’s 100%-owned Nagambie Mine, where earlier work confirmed the presence of antimony-bearing gold veins. This discovery holds potential strategic importance, given antimony’s critical role in defence and technology supply chains across multiple allied jurisdictions.
The strengthened treasury now positions Nagambie Resources to push ahead with its exploration schedule and evaluate the next steps for developing this emerging mineral system.
