Pinnacle Delivers Strong FY26 Financial Performance

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (ASX: PNI) released its FY26 Annual Report on 4 August 2026, highlighting a year of strong financial growth, increased funds under management and continued expansion of its global investment platform. The company operates as a multi-affiliate investment management group supporting a diverse range of investment managers across various asset classes.

During FY26, Pinnacle reported net profit after tax attributable to shareholders of AU$176.7 million, representing a 31.5% increase compared with AU$134.4 million in FY25. The company’s growth was supported by higher funds under management, strong client inflows and contributions from its expanding affiliate network.

Funds Under Management Reach Record Levels

Pinnacle’s total Funds Under Management (FUM) increased 27.9% to AU$229.4 billion during FY26, compared with AU$179.4 billion in the previous year. The increase was driven by market movements, investment performance, net client inflows and acquired funds.

The company recorded AU$33.4 billion in net inflows during the financial year, including AU$10.2 billion from Australian retail investors, AU$12.3 billion from international clients and AU$10.9 billion from Australian institutions. These inflows highlighted continued demand for Pinnacle’s investment strategies across domestic and international markets.

International Growth Initiatives Expand Pinnacle’s Market Reach

Pinnacle continued to enhance its overseas footprint during FY26 by executing targeted investments and strengthening strategic relationships to support broader global distribution and long-term expansion opportunities. During FY26, the company completed the acquisition of full ownership of Pacific Asset Management, strengthening its global distribution capabilities and supporting future product development opportunities.

The company also expanded its international investment exposure, with funds sourced from overseas clients reaching AU$74.9 billion, representing 33% of total FUM.

Dividend Maintained as Earnings Improve

The Board declared a 65% franked final dividend of AU$0.310 per share, taking total FY26 dividends to AU$0.600 per share, consistent with the prior year.

Pinnacle enters FY27 with a larger investment platform, stronger international reach and diversified exposure across asset classes. The company remains focused on supporting affiliate growth, expanding distribution capabilities and identifying strategic opportunities for long-term value creation.
