Supply Network FY26 Results Show Broad-Based Growth as Multispares Expands

Supply Network Limited (ASX: SNL) released its audited FY26 results and Annual Report on 24 August 2026, covering the year ended 30 June 2026. Revenue from ordinary operations reached AU$403.75 million, representing a 15.4% increase, while profit after tax advanced 19.0% to AU$47.63 million. Basic earnings per share increased to 109.0 cents from 92.9 cents in FY25.
Operating momentum was evident across both major markets. Australian sales revenue grew 17.2%, while New Zealand sales advanced 12.2% in local-currency terms. EBITDA increased 17.9% to AU$81.1 million and EBIT climbed 18.8% to AU$69.4 million. The profit after tax margin expanded to 11.8%, improving by 0.3 percentage points compared to FY25.
Multispares Network Continues to Expand
Supply Network continued investing in its Multispares operations during FY26. A new Rosedale branch in North Auckland opened in March, while additional capacity was added at the Hamilton distribution centre. The company also completed major technology upgrades across Australia and New Zealand and further integrated its Sydney and Melbourne distribution facilities.
Expansion plans extend into FY27, including larger facilities at Eagle Farm and Canberra, along with planned relocations at Toowoomba and Kwinana. Supply Network has also acquired land in Penrith for a new branch, with development and fit-out expected to cost around AU$9 million and opening targeted for early FY28.
Cash Position and Dividend Improve
Operating cash flow increased to AU$38.4 million from AU$32.2 million, while net cash rose to AU$17.9 million. Net assets strengthened to AU$160.5 million from AU$138.2 million. The Board declared a fully franked final dividend of 44.0 cents per share, taking FY26 distributions to 80.0 cents per share.
Outlook
For FY27, management is targeting approximately AU$50 million of additional revenue, with growth expected to come from both market expansion and further market-share gains. Continued branch investment, improved systems and greater operating integration remain central to supporting that objective.
