NRW Delivers Strong FY26 Earnings Growth
NRW Holdings Limited (ASX: NWH) announced its FY26 financial results on 20 August 2026, reporting substantial growth across revenue and earnings for the year ended 30 June 2026. The diversified engineering, construction and mining services group benefited from increased activity across resources, infrastructure and industrial markets, alongside a nine-month contribution from Fredon Industries following its acquisition in October 2025.
Group revenue advanced 31.4% to AU$4,293.30 million, compared to AU$3,267.70 million in FY25. Underlying EBITA rose 38.8% to AU$288.60 million, while the EBITA margin strengthened to 6.7% from 6.4%. Underlying NPAT increased to AU$182.70 million, compared to AU$127.20 million previously. Statutory profit for the year reached AU$153.40 million, sharply higher than AU$27.70 million in FY25.
Diversified Operations Support Performance
Mining underlying EBITA increased 15.6% to AU$139.90 million, helped by improved productivity, favourable weather and stronger fleet utilisation. The Minerals, Energy & Technologies segment recorded revenue of AU$1,259.20 million, up 35.1%, while underlying EBITA increased 40.5% to AU$96.00 million.
Fredon, which forms NRW’s new EMIT division, contributed AU$684.30 million in revenue during its first nine months within the Group and achieved an underlying EBITA margin of 5.3%.
Strong FY27 Work Pipeline
NRW entered FY27 with substantial revenue visibility. Secured work in hand stood at AU$7.50 billion, alongside AU$11.10 billion of active tenders and an additional AU$29.10 billion pipeline expected to reach the market over the following 12 months. Growth opportunities span data centres, mining, critical minerals, infrastructure, defence and renewable-energy-related projects.
The Board also declared a 14.5 cents per share fully franked final dividend, lifting the FY26 total dividend to 23.0 cents per share, with the final payment scheduled for October 2026.
