Ramelius Resources Continues On-Market Buy-Back

Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) has continued its on-market share buy-back, according to an announcement dated 21 September 2026. The company’s latest daily buy-back notification showed that it purchased 125,825 ordinary fully paid shares on 21 September, taking cumulative buy-backs to 39,772,435 shares.

The buy-back arrangement became effective on 24 December 2025 and is planned to remain active through 23 June 2027. The company has disclosed a maximum target of 73,964,497 shares under the programme. Canaccord is acting as the broker for the buy-back.

Latest Buy-Back Activity

According to the daily notification, Ramelius Resources paid a total consideration of approximately AU$453,532.94 for the 125,825 shares acquired on 21 September. The company repurchased the shares at prices between AU$3.58 and AU$3.65 during the trading session. The company was permitted to pay up to AU$3.779122 per share under the applicable ASX listing rule.

Following the latest transaction, 34,192,062 shares remained available to be bought back under the maximum disclosed amount. The company has 1,924,864,769 securities on issue in the relevant class.

RMS Share Price

Ramelius Resources shares were last quoted at AU$3.960, representing a 4.21% increase, or AU$0.160, on the day. The continued buy-back activity reduces the number of shares outstanding over time, subject to the programme’s final execution. The latest notification confirms that the company remains active in purchasing its ordinary shares through the market.
