Ansell Announces CEO Transition: Neil Salmon to Retire, Nathalie Ahlström to Succeed
On 8 January 2026, Ansell Limited (ASX: ANN) announced that Neil Salmon, the CEO for the past five years, will retire after a successful 13-year tenure. He will be succeeded by Nathalie Ahlström, who brings extensive leadership experience from her previous roles, including CEO of Fiskars Group. Ahlström will officially take over on 16 February 2026, following a transition period starting 26 January. Salmon will continue to serve as a special advisor to ensure a smooth leadership transition until 30 June 2026. Ahlström’s appointment is expected to drive innovation and growth, strengthening Ansell’s market position. The company commended Salmon for his contributions, particularly in steering Ansell through challenging market conditions and expanding the company’s operations through key acquisitions. This leadership change is expected to further solidify Ansell's commitment to global safety solutions and long-term value creation
