Codeifai Raises AU$1.1 Million through Share Placement to Drive Expansion.

Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) has successfully raised AU$1.1 million via a share placement, issuing 144.7 million shares at AU$0.0076 per share. Each share comes with one free attaching option, exercisable at AU$0.02 for three years. The placement, approved at the company’s General Meeting on 8 December 2025, will be used for business development, the commercialisation of its AntennaTransfer.io platform (to be rebranded as QuantumAI Secure), and general working capital. 

Additionally, Codeifai is considering a bonus option entitlement for shareholders, subject to approval. The funds raised will help expand the company’s AI capabilities, focusing on geospatial and subsurface intelligence to enhance decision-making in industrial environments. Oakley Capital acted as Lead Manager for the placement and will receive a capital raising fee and broker shares, subject to shareholder approval.
