Green360 Technologies Ltd. Completes AU$4.5 Million Placement
Green360 Technologies Ltd. (ASX: GT3) has successfully completed an AU$4.5 million placement, raising funds through the issuance of approximately 112,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.04 each. The placement, which saw strong demand from institutional and sophisticated investors, was upsized from the initial AU$3.0 million target due to investor interest.
The funds raised from the placement will help drive the expected commercialization of Eco-Clay, Green360's low-carbon cement alternative, which is slated to begin in the first half of 2026. The funds will also be used to advance the development of additional low-carbon cement formulations, provide working capital for operations in Pittong, and cover general business expenses. The company plans to hold a general meeting in April 2026 to approve the issuance of some of the shares to a non-executive director. CPS Capital served as the lead manager for the placement.
