InteliCare Partners with mecwacare to Deploy AI-Powered Care Platform Across 22 Aged Care Facilities
InteliCare Holdings Ltd (ASX: ICR) has entered into a five-year Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) with mecwacare, a leading not-for-profit aged care provider. The partnership, valued at AU$8.8 million, will see InteliCare’s proprietary AI-driven care platform deployed across 22 residential aged care facilities in Victoria, supporting over 1,600 residents.
The deployment follows the success of a pilot program at mecwacare’s Trescowthick Centre, where the platform demonstrated improved resident safety, clinical oversight, and operational efficiency. The MSA outlines a multi-component revenue model, including hardware supply, implementation services, and recurring SaaS subscription fees. This collaboration positions InteliCare as a key player in digital transformation within the aged care sector, aiming to enhance the overall quality of care and sustainability in a rapidly evolving environment.
