KKR Credit Income Fund Declares December Monthly Distribution
KKR Credit Income Fund (ASX: KKC) has declared a monthly distribution of AU$ 0.0167 per unit for the period ending thirty one December two thousand and twenty five, continuing its regular income delivery from a diversified global private credit portfolio. Units will trade ex-distribution from thirty December two thousand and twenty five, with a record date of thirty one December and payment scheduled for twenty seven January two thousand and twenty six. The distribution is unfranked and is currently estimated to comprise foreign income, with no return of capital component. KKC’s distribution reinvestment plan remains available to eligible unitholders, allowing distributions to be reinvested into additional units, subject to election by two January two thousand and twenty six. The fund’s monthly distribution framework provides investors with consistent income exposure to private credit markets, underpinned by KKR’s global origination capabilities, disciplined credit selection and active portfolio management approach.
