WiseTech Global Responds to ASIC and AFP Share Trading Investigation

WiseTech Global Ltd (ASX: WTC) has confirmed that officers from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Federal Police (AFP) executed a search warrant at its Sydney headquarters on 27 October 2025. The request sought documents relating to alleged trading in WiseTech shares by Founder and CEO Richard White and three employees between late 2024 and early 2025.

The company stated that, to its knowledge, no charges have been laid, and there are no allegations against WiseTech itself. WiseTech emphasised its commitment to fully cooperating with the authorities throughout the investigation. WiseTech Global remains a leading provider of logistics and supply chain software, serving over 17,000 logistics companies across 193 countries, including 47 of the top 50 global 3PLs and 24 of the 25 largest freight forwarders worldwide.
