Market Alert : Crude Oil Prices Decline on Easing Geopolitical Risk and Emerging Supply Expectations

ASX 200 Ended Higher By 1.94%; Bank Rally Powers ASX Higher

By the end of the trading session on 27 June 2022, the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 ended higher by 1.94% and settled at 6,706.00. All 11 sectors closed higher along with the gain in the ASX 200. The Financial and Energy sectors were the top 2 gaining sectors, gained 2.64% and 2.56% in their index values.



Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU) and PointsBet Holdings Limited (ASX: PBH) were the top gainers with 45.454% and 12.449% growth in share prices, respectively. On the other hand, Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) and Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX: NST) were the top losers, with a 21.894% and 12.141% drop in share prices, respectively.
