Shareholders Back All Motions at Annual Meeting

Temple & Webster Group Limited confirmed on 23 October 2026 that each motion at its 2026 Annual General Meeting was carried on a poll. Shareholders approved the remuneration report and endorsed the reappointment of Belinda Rowe and Melinda Snowden to the board. They also passed a special resolution to extend the proportional takeover provisions in the company’s constitution and approved a separate resolution under ASX Listing Rule 10.14. The vote followed a strong year for the online furniture and homewares seller, which posted FY26 revenue of AU$665 million (up 11%) and EBITDA of AU$21.9 million (up 17%). Looking ahead, it has set an FY27 EBITDA goal of AU$33 million to AU$40 million.

Higher Ore Processing and a Surge in Metal Production

In its report for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, Zimplats Holdings Limited said mined volumes were 1% above the prior quarter and 4% above the same period a year earlier. Milled volumes grew 9% on the quarter and 6% on the year. Output of six-element platinum group metals in final product rose 179% from the March quarter to 213,190 ounces, a 14% gain year on year. Much of the increase came from processing concentrate that had built up during furnace maintenance in the March quarter. Operating cash cost per six-element ounce fell 13% quarter on quarter but stayed 38% above the level of a year ago. The company logged one lost-time injury in the period and said it continues to prioritise safety.

Director Adds to Holding via Dividend Reinvestment

Count Limited submitted a disclosure detailing an update to director Hugh Humphrey’s shareholdings. For a transaction dated 8 October 2026, Mr Humphrey received 12,962 ordinary shares directly under the company’s dividend reinvestment plan, priced at AU$1.49 each for a total of AU$19,313.38. His direct holding now stands at 656,745 ordinary shares plus 1,938,802 performance rights. His indirect holding is unchanged at 339,202 ordinary shares held through the Reed Private Wealth Super Fund. The notice reported no disposals.

Conclusion

The updates reflect a mix of developments across the Australian market: shareholder endorsement of governance matters, stronger mining results and changes in insider ownership. Investors may watch for further operating updates, earnings guidance and company announcements to judge whether the share price gains are backed by lasting business performance.
