During FY26, Megaport recorded revenue of AU$312.2 million, representing a 37% increase compared with FY25. Growth was supported by stronger customer demand across regions, increased adoption of higher-capacity services and expansion of the company’s global infrastructure footprint.

Gross profit increased 41% to AU$229.0 million, compared with AU$162.0 million in the prior corresponding period, while gross margin improved to 73%. EBITDA increased 24% to AU$77.1 million, reflecting improved operating performance and continued commercial momentum.

Megaport strengthened its technology platform through the acquisition of Latitude.sh, adding dedicated CPU, GPU and storage capabilities, while Extreme IX expanded the company’s presence in India.
