Servcorp Delivers Record FY26 Profit as Global Expansion and Dividend Growth Strengthen Outlook

Servcorp Delivers Record FY26 Profit as Global Expansion and Dividend Growth Strengthen Outlook Source: Kapitales Research

Highlights:

  • Servcorp's underlying profit climbs 24%, marking another record year despite global economic uncertainty.
  • Strong cash generation supports higher dividends, but can expansion sustain earnings momentum?
  • Management targets stronger FY28 profitability as new international locations prepare to contribute.

Servcorp Files FY26 Annual Report

Servcorp Limited (ASX: SRV) lodged its FY26 Annual Report with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 8 October 2026, following its financial results announcement on 20 August 2026. The report covers the financial year ended 30 June 2026 and highlights another record performance for the global flexible workspace provider.

Revenue increased 4% to AU$367.5 million, compared to AU$352.1 million in FY25. Statutory net profit after tax advanced 24% to AU$65.6 million, reflecting improved revenue generation and operating efficiency. Underlying net profit before non-cash impairments and tax (NPBIT) reached AU$87.0 million, exceeding management's upgraded expectations.

Strong Financial Performance Supports Dividends

Servcorp's FY26 results demonstrated continued earnings momentum and financial resilience.

Key financial developments included:

  • Statutory profit before tax: Increased 29% to AU$80.9 million.
  • Underlying free cash: Rose 20% to AU$101.9 million.
  • Earnings per share: Improved 23% to 66.0 cents.
  • Cash reserves: Reached approximately AU$153.1 million.

The company declared a final dividend of 16.0 cents per share, bringing total FY26 dividends to 32.0 cents, compared to 28.0 cents in FY25. Its strong liquidity and absence of external debt provide additional capacity to fund expansion while maintaining shareholder distributions.

Global Expansion Creates New Opportunities

Servcorp operated 137 floors across 38 cities and 19 countries at June-end. Management is targeting expansion across Saudi Arabia, Australia, Japan and the United States while developing its flagship Sydney property at 333 Sussex Street. Investment in artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure and client services could strengthen operating efficiency and customer retention.

FY27 Outlook and Future Prospects

For FY27, Servcorp forecasts underlying NPBIT between AU$85 million and AU$90 million, alongside underlying free cash of at least AU$105 million. Management also anticipates dividends of 34.0 cents per share and aims to exceed AU$95 million in underlying profit during FY28.

However, currency volatility, geopolitical uncertainty and expansion-related expenditure could influence performance. The company's longer-term growth prospects will depend on maintaining occupancy, controlling costs and converting new workspace investments into sustainable earnings and shareholder returns.
