360 Capital Mortgage REIT Launches Unit Purchase Plan

360 Capital FM Limited (ASX: TCF), acting as the responsible entity for the 360 Capital Mortgage REIT (ASX: TCF), has initiated a Unit Purchase Plan (UPP) allowing eligible unitholders in Australia and New Zealand to subscribe for up to AU$30,000 worth of new units without brokerage costs. The units are priced at AU$5.94 each—reflecting a modest discount to recent trading averages—and offer a forecast FY25 distribution yield of 10.4%. This capital raising aligns with the trust’s ongoing strategy to invest in registered mortgages backed by Australian real estate, with a focus on capital preservation and monthly income. The offer opens on 27 May 2025 and closes on 24 June 2025. Participation is optional, non-renounceable, and not underwritten. Allotment of units will occur on 1 July 2025, followed by trading commencement on 2 July 2025
