360 Capital Group (ASX: TGP) has commenced a comprehensive strategic review following the closure of TT Investments’ takeover, which has resulted in a highly concentrated security register. TT Investments now holds 76.75% of the Group, with another major securityholder owning 19.35%, and the remaining 3.9% spread across roughly 500 holders. Given this changed ownership landscape, the review will evaluate several key areas, including the potential removal of TGP from the ASX Official List, revised financial forecasts, and future dividend or distribution settings aligned with the Group’s scaled-down operations.
It will also examine the structure and performance of existing co-investments, identify opportunities for expanding listed and private capital fund offerings, and assess operating costs to support further simplification of the business. The Board expects the review to be finalised ahead of TGP’s February 2026 results announcement, ensuring clarity on the Group’s future strategic direction.
