AdAlta Raises AU$1.09 million via Rights Issue to Advance Strategic Immunotherapy Goals

AdAlta Limited (ASX: 1AD) has completed its renounceable rights issue, raising AU$1,090,452 (before costs). The capital raise will include 363,483,768 new shares at AU$0.003 per share and 181,741,895 new options exercisable at AU$0.01, expiring on 03 June 2028. The company plans to apply for a quotation of the latest options on the ASX.

Proceeds from the offer will be used to progress AdAlta’s “East to West” cellular immunotherapy licensing strategy through its AdCella subsidiary, support business development for lead assets AD-214 and WD-34, and explore additional strategic opportunities. Surplus funds will be allocated toward general working capital. AdAlta’s directors and CEO fully participated in the offer, including the shortfall, reflecting strong internal confidence. Mahe Capital Pty Ltd acted as Lead Manager and Underwriter. Shortfall shares may be placed within the next three months.
