Adelong Gold Wraps Up Drilling at Apollo, Targets Resource Growth

Adelong Gold Limited (ASX: ADG) has successfully completed a 1,060.8m diamond drilling campaign across four holes at its Apollo Gold Project in Victoria, targeting high-grade mineralisation at the historic Meade’s Mine. The program focused on confirming mineral continuity within the Dig Fault Zone, building on previously reported intercepts such as 28m @ 10.2g/t Au and 5.8m @ 18.4g/t Au. Assays are pending, with follow-up drilling and potential resource modelling expected soon.

The project, located in Victoria’s Walhalla Gold Belt, shares geological similarities with Sunday Creek, offering significant exploration upside. Meanwhile, drill planning is also advancing at the nearby Lauriston Project, supported by recent high-grade gold-antimony assays. Lauriston contains the Comet discovery with intercepts including 8.0m @ 104g/t Au. These developments align with Adelong’s strategy to rapidly progress its Victorian portfolio while also advancing production at its Adelong Goldfield Project in NSW.
