Blue Star Helium Secures AU$4.5 million to Advance Galactica Project

Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL), an independent helium exploration company operating in North America, has successfully raised AU$4.5 million through an institutional placement of 908 million new shares at AU$0.005 each. Investors will also receive one unlisted option for every two shares, exercisable at AU$0.01 over two years.

The placement, strongly supported by existing institutional and sophisticated investors, will fund general working capital and accelerate the Galactica project’s development, including plant site construction, installation of gathering systems, and production facilities. CEO Trent Spry emphasized that this financing positions the company to bring Galactica into production in late 2025, a key milestone.

The capital raise will occur in two tranches, with the first settlement expected by August 2025 and the second pending shareholder approval in September 2025. Lead management was handled by Canaccord Genuity, with Blackpeak Capital acting as corporate advisor
