Bravura Solutions: Leadership Transition and Global Outlook

Based in London, Mr. Greenhill brings over 15 years of executive experience, most recently as CEO of SSP Worldwide, where he led global software operations across banking, insurance, and wealth management.

The Board, following an extensive international search, unanimously selected Mr. Greenhill for his expertise in guiding technology-driven businesses. Current interim CEO Shezad Okhai will support the transition before resuming his role as Non-Executive Director.
