Carnaby Advances Greater Duchess with New Drilling Program
Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB) has commenced a ~3,000 metre reverse circulation drilling program at its Greater Duchess Copper Gold Project in Queensland, focusing on extending high-priority zones at Trekelano. The program follows strong recent drilling outcomes, including high-grade copper-gold intersections, highlighting the project’s exploration upside.
The company maintains a solid resource base at Greater Duchess, with a mineral resource of 29 million tonnes and a probable ore reserve of 8.4 million tonnes. The presence of multiple deposits across the project area, along with tolling and offtake agreements with Glencore, strengthens its development prospects.
Following the completion of a pre-feasibility study in March 2026, the company is progressing toward a feasibility study, aiming to advance project development and enhance shareholder value. Ongoing drilling and pending results are expected to further define the resource and support future growth.
