ClearVue Secures R&D Rebate and Strengthens Cash Position.
ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) has received an AU$881 thousand refund through the Australian Government’s R&D Tax Incentive program, boosting funding for its ongoing technology advancements. The Company also repaid its AU$409 thousand short-term loan from Radium Capital, which had been secured against the rebate. After settling the facility, ClearVue retained net proceeds of approximately AU$444 thousand, improving liquidity and supporting continued development of its solar-integrated glass solutions.
This rebate supports ClearVue’s mission to expand its patented transparent solar technology, which integrates energy generation into building façades, skylights, cladding, and balustrades. By enabling structures to offset a portion of their energy demand, ClearVue aims to contribute to more sustainable, low-carbon architectural design. The strengthened cash position will help accelerate commercial activity and further refine the Company’s product rollout across domestic and global markets.
