Dominion Income Trust 1 Launches $45 Million Capital Raising Initiative

On 4 June 2025, Dominion Income Trust 1 (ASX: DN1), managed by Equity Trustees and Dominion Investment Management, announced an AU$45 million non-underwritten placement of up to 450,000 new units priced at AU$101 each. This represents a slight 0.57% discount to the prior closing price. Proceeds will fund the purchase of floating rate notes aligned with the fund’s investment mandate. The initiative, driven by strong reverse enquiries from wholesale investors, aims to enhance both portfolio diversification and liquidity. Importantly, all associated placement costs will be borne by the Investment Manager, ensuring no dilution to unitholders’ NAV. Trading of DN1 units is expected to resume on 6 June 2025. Realm Pty Ltd, the Investment Manager, oversees over AU$8 billion in assets, focusing on credit and fixed income. This move is set to broaden DN1’s asset base and deepen market participation while retaining a stable cost structure for existing investors
