DUG Technology Delivers Strong Growth and Margin Expansion in FY26-Q3
DUG Technology (ASX: DUG) reported a strong financial performance in FY26-Q3, with total revenue rising to US$22.4 million, up 35% year-on-year, while year-to-date revenue reached US$62.7 million, reflecting a 39% increase. Growth was supported by services revenue of US$15.3 million (up 16%), software revenue of US$3.8 million (up 34%), and a sharp rise in HPC revenue to US$3.3 million (up 526%).
Profitability improved, with EBITDA increasing to US$7.9 million (up 49%) and normalised EBITDA at US$7.3 million (up 37%). Operating cash flow surged to US$16.2 million, compared to US$3.2 million in the prior period. The company also reported a strong closing cash balance of US$24.4 million and a net cash position of US$11.4 million.
Operationally, the services segment remained the key contributor, while software and HPC accounted for 32% of revenue, enhancing margins and recurring income. Year-to-date performance has already exceeded FY25 full-year results, supported by strong demand for imaging technology and continued global expansion.
