High-Tech Metals Completes AU$2.5 million Placement to Accelerate Exploration

High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX: HTM) has successfully completed an AU$2.5 million placement to support its exploration activities. The latest tranche involved issuing 3,333,333 shares at AU$0.15 each, raising AU$500,000 after shareholder approval in April 2025. Additionally, 1,666,666 options exercisable at AU$0.25 before January 2026 were issued on a 1:2 basis to placement participants. The funds will be directed toward advancing drill programs, heritage surveys, and general working capital needs across HTM’s project portfolio.

As part of the placement, 15 million options were granted to Taurus Capital for acting as the Lead Manager. The company expressed gratitude to both new and existing shareholders for their ongoing support, emphasizing that the capital raise will help accelerate exploration and development efforts to unlock the potential of their high-tech mineral assets.
