Impact Minerals Secures AU$4 million for Growth Initiatives

Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) has successfully raised AU$4 million through a heavily oversubscribed placement, highlighting strong investor confidence in its future strategy. The funds will be allocated to advance its High Purity Alumina (HPA) initiatives at the Lake Hope Project in Western Australia and through its 50% stake in Alluminous Pty Ltd. Recent progress includes commissioning an HPA pilot plant in Perth and exploring integration of HiPurA technology with membrane research. Additionally, AU$600,000 has been earmarked for copper exploration at Broken Hill, following promising targets identified through the BHP Xplor program. The balance will support general working capital and placement costs. The placement involved issuing 615 million shares at AU$0.0065 each, with free-attaching options exercisable at AU$0.015 expiring in 2027. Settlement is scheduled for late September 2025.
