iTech Minerals Raises AU$3.4 million to Advance Exploration

iTech Minerals Ltd (ASX: ITM) has successfully completed its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising AU$1.4 million from strong shareholder participation, surpassing the initial AU$1 million target. The SPP, which closed on 23 September 2025, followed a AU$2.0 million placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, bringing the total funds raised to AU$3.4 million. The company confirmed that all subscriptions were accepted without scale-back, resulting in the issue of 28.05 million new fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.05 each, aligning with the placement price.

Proceeds will support drilling programs at the Sabre and Falchion antimony-gold prospects, as well as at the Pine Hill Gold Prospect and Reward Gold-Copper Prospect in the Reynolds Range, Northern Territory. Additional funds will also be directed toward magnetic surveys, soil sampling, and working capital. Managing Director Mike Schwarz expressed gratitude to shareholders, emphasizing that the strengthened capital position enables iTech to continue advancing its gold and antimony exploration strategy.
